Before I entered real estate, I spent years building a sales and marketing company from the ground up into a $65-million business. That experience shaped how I work today, from how I read a market, to how I negotiate, to how I care for the people who trust me with the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Running a company at that scale taught me what clients actually need from a professional: straight answers, careful preparation, and someone who treats their money and their time with the seriousness they do. Reputation is built one relationship at a time, and the quiet work of returning the call, catching the detail, sweating the small stuff, is what separates a good outcome from a great one. I bring that same discipline across a wide range of transactions: first-time purchases, investment properties, commercial deals, and power of sale files.
I am also known for my work with clients navigating divorce and separation, a process that requires patience, discretion, and the ability to help two people make sound decisions during one of the most difficult chapters of their lives. Family lawyers, mediators, and referring agents trust me with these files because I handle them with compassion and neutrality while protecting every client's financial outcome.
Beyond my own client work, I serve as the Onboarding Concierge at Realtron, founded The Vale Collective, a women's group for connection and mentorship, am a Buzz Ambassador among a community of exemplary REALTORS, and sit on the board of the Ontario REALTORS Care Foundation. These roles reflect what I value most: investing in people and building communities where others can thrive.
Real estate isn't just a career change for me — it's the chance to apply a lifetime of business experience to something deeply personal. Every client gets the benefit of that background, along with the attention, care, and professionalism that comes from someone who has spent decades earning trust one deal at a time.
